Return Window

We accept returns of unopened and unused products within 30 days of purchase. Please contact our customer service team to initiate a return.

Return Process

  • Once we receive the product, we will inspect it and notify you regarding approval.

  • If approved, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days.

  • If you opt for a replacement, the new item will be delivered within 7–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Products

We fully accept returns or offer replacements if:

  • The product is damaged, defective, leaking, or spilled at the time of delivery.

  • In such cases, we will arrange a pickup within 7 days and process the refund or send a replacement promptly.
